Ongoing IT support
Priced per workstation, month to month. You get a local IT team for less than the cost of hiring one person part-time.
What your business runs on
Four areas cover most of what a small business runs on. If your problem doesn't fit neatly in a box, that's normal. It probably spans two of them.
-
Good network is a boring network. I design and install Wi-Fi that actually covers your whole building, set up routers, switches, and internet connections properly, and handle VoIP/phone systems and remote access for owners and field staff. If your coverage has dead zones or your guests can't log in, this is where it starts.
-
The hardware your business runs on, set up right. Computer and laptop builds and imaging, printers and scanners, servers and workstations, POS and reservation hardware, plus camera and access control systems. I make sure the pieces talk to each other instead of fighting.
-
Your data, backed up and findable the part everyone skips until it matters. We set up backups and actually verify they restore, organize email and files, and handle data migration between systems. A backup you've never tested isn't a backup; it's a hope.
-
Someone keeping the whole thing healthy and defensible. Patching, monitoring, email filtering, user accounts and permissions, and a quarterly check-in that tells you what's coming before it becomes a problem. Small businesses don't need a fortress, but they do need to stop being the easy target.

How we get to "it works"
From first call to a working system, you always know where things stand and what the next step costs.
Discovery
We talk on a call or on site to learn how your business actually runs, what technology it depends on, and what's already hurting.
Analysis
We look at what you have: network, Wi-Fi, backups, security, the systems your business runs on.
Strategy Design
You get a written report: what's working, what's at risk, and what I'd fix first, in order, with rough costs. No jargon, no obligation.
Implementation
We do the work, verify it works the way we agreed, and hand you the docs.
