Backups that restore, files that are findable:

If you can't find your files and you've never tested a backup, you have two problems. We fix both, and we prove the backup part works.

What we do:

  • Backup setup that's actually monitored, on-site and off-site, so a fire or a theft doesn't take both copies

  • Restore testing: we pull files back from backup on a schedule and confirm it worked, because a backup you've never tested is a hope

  • Email management: accounts, signatures, forwarding, and cleanup when someone leaves

  • File organization so "where is that file" stops being a question people ask

  • Data migration when you change systems, from old computer to new, old cloud to new, business to business

  • Ransomware and loss planning: what happens to your data if the worst day happens, written down

  • Secure disposal of old data when you're done with it

Network Attached Storage

If you're out of space, or you want one place everyone pulls files from instead of a shared drive that's actually someone's laptop, we set up and manage NAS storage. We handle the hardware, the share structure, permissions, and backups for it, and we monitor it so a drive failing at 2am doesn't become a Monday morning.

Disaster Recovery

A backup on the same shelf as the computer it's backing up isn't a backup, it's a second copy of the same problem. We set up layered recovery, a local backup for fast restores, an off-site copy for the fire or theft scenario, and a written plan for what actually gets restored first when the worst day happens. We test the restore so you know it works before you need it.
